The founder, Mr. Cheng Daoguang, is a former expert in the domestic exhibition system field and has served as the technical director for renowned brands in Germany and China. He has been awarded the Light Industry Ministry's Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress multiple times and has numerous patents related to exhibition technology. He has also been one of the earliest adopters of German exhibition technology in China, frequently traveling to Europe, the USA, and Japan to learn, exchange ideas, and collaborate with industry peers and clients.

Since the establishment of Hancom in late 2007, Mr. Cheng has led research into automotive structural components technology and processes, gradually mastering advanced automotive manufacturing technologies. He assembled a team of like-minded professionals, including structural engineers, electrical R&D engineers, materials and process engineers, and mechanical manufacturing technicians. This team focuses on new material forming processes and welding techniques, automotive display technology development, and intelligent interactive simulation projects, achieving significant social impact.
